| 摘 要： | 行政事业单位国库集中支付是社会主义市场经济体制下建立公共财政的必然要求.重复和分散设置账户,导致财政资金活动透明度不高,不利于对其实施有效管理和全面监督等问题,通过分析了行政事业单位国库集中支付的主要内容,结合目前存在的问题对如何加强行政事业单位国库集中支付管理提出了建议.
