| 摘 要： | 培养适应社会需要的高技能人才,应采用科学的教学方法,传统教学模式过于陈旧,培养的学生理论知识扎实但实践能力较弱,很难适应社会需要.因此我们需要引进国外的先进教学理念,结合自身实际条件,开展行之有效的教学模式,提高学生的综合素质.为社会主义现代化建设输送有用人才.
