| 摘 要： | 本文从第三方物流企业角度出发，在现有的物流中心选址的过程中引入了博弈论思想，通过对一个区域市场的需求潜力进行考查，结合当地已有竞争对手的情况和选址的地区进行综合分析，来确定合适的位置的一种选址方法。
