基于收益共享契约的VMI协调机制研究

VMI的利益协调是VMI成功实施的关键因素之一。针对确定性需求下单供应商单分销商的VMI供应链，假定供应商采用整数比补货策略，即供应商的补货批量是分销商补货批量的整数倍，分析VMI实施前后各方的补货策略及收益。然后运用收益共享契约协调供应链成员之间的利益，给出了收益共享系数的取值范围。在此收益共享契约下，供应商与分销商在实施VMI后的收益均不低于实施前收益，从而有利于VMI的实施。最后，用数值方法对结果进行了验证。

A VMI Coordination Mechanism Based on Revenue Sharing Contract

Profits coordination of members is a key factor for VMI＇ s （ vendor - managed inventory） successful implementation. In a VMI system consisting of one supplier and one distributor with determined demand, the integer - ratio police that the replenishment quantity for the supplier is an integer multiple of that for the distributor is applied to reducing the inventory - related costs. Then the supplier and the distributor＇ s profit and inventory policy under VMI and before VMI are discussed. Furthermore, the revenue sharing contract in VMI is analyzed and the system performance parameters are got. Under this revenue sharing contract, the supplier and distributor would get more profits in VMI than before, which facilitating the implementation of VMI. Finally, a numerical example is presented to verify the conclusion.
