抗日战争时期国民政府的粮食管制政策

抗日战争时期,为平衡供需、稳定粮价,国民政府采取粮食管制政策,颁布了一系列的法令,设置了专门机构,对粮食的市场进入、交易价格及数量等活动加以直接的行政干预。粮食管制政策的实施,在一定程度上缓解了粮食供求紧张关系,抑制了粮食价格的过快上涨。本文主要探讨国民政府粮食管制政策的演变及主要管制手段。

Grain Control Policy of the National Government in Anti-Japanese War

In order to balance supply and demand,the stable grain prices,the national government had taken grain management policy and the promulgation of a series of laws,set up specialized agencies to direct administrative intervention to the grain market,the price in Anti-Japanese War.The evolution of the grain control policies,the main means of control and its effectiveness of the National Government have been analyzed in this paper.
