摘    要:传统的企业竞争战略理论 ,基本是从某一方面对企业竞争战略问题 ,提出了各自独到的见解 ,但由于采用单维度的分析方法 ,就不免有些片面而狭窄。试图从环境、结构、过程、方式的多维角度 ,进行企业竞争战略分析 ,并提出了建立多维度研究模式的基本构想 ,说明企业可依据特定的情况选择相应的研究模型。

Abstract:Traditional theorists of enterprise competition strategy basically propose their own distinctive perspectives from a certain aspect of the area However, because they usually adopt one dimension analytical methods, their theory on the whole bears inevitably one sidedness and narrow mindedness We provide in this article a broader analysis of enterprise competition strategy from multidimensional views concerning with the environment, structure, process and methodology We formulate a basic framework of a multidimensional model and prove that it is possible for enterprises to choose situation specific models in researching competition strategy
