高碳CrMoV合金抗磨铸铁的实验研究

摘    要:实验研究了一种高碳 Cr Mo V合金抗磨铸铁 ,探讨了热处理工艺和变质处理对其组织及性能的影响。结果表明 ,该材料具有较高的硬度和良好的冲击韧性 ,耐磨性优于Km TBCr15Mo3合金抗磨铸铁。

Abstract:A high C CrMoV iron abrasion resistant alloy was researched.The influence of heat treatment and modification techniques to the structure and performance of the alloy were discussed.As a result,the degree of hardness of alloy is higher,its impact toughness is excellence and its abrasion resistance is better than KmTBC r15M o3 abrasion resistant alloy.
