| 摘 要： | 企业治理是针对各产权主体之间的产权关系的制度安排。由于人力资本产权具有与其拥有者的不可分离性、企业运用只能激励而不能“挤榨”性以及购买时具有“事前讲不清楚”的风险性等特征。因此,在企业治理中必须构建人力资本产权的激励制度、激励机制和激励环境。
