| Abstract: | The Construction of Eco-civilization was put forward by Hu Jin-tao in the 16th CPC Central Committee report,and it was the first time to write down the Eco-civilization in the CPC's program of action,which would have great influence in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper makes some research on how to realize the Eco-civilization and the building of Eco-civilization. |
