摘    要:对党政领导班子及领导干部工作实绩进行考核评价,是引导干部树立科学发展观和正确的政绩观、提高执政能力的重要措施。在定性与定量分析的基础上,采用多属性决策分析中的主成份TOPSIS法,探索了党政领导班子实绩评价模型的构建。

Abstract:To assess the actual performance of the Party and government leading team and leading cadres is an essential measure to guide them to establish a scientific outlook on development, a proper view of achievements and thereby to improve the ability to govern. Based on Qualitative and quantitative analysis, the approach of TOPSIS, the main ingredient of the analysis of multi-attribute decision-making, is adopted to explore the establishing of assessment model of the actual performance of the party and government leading body.
