基于SCP范式的中国石油产业分析

能源产业作为国民经济的命脉产业,其重要性不言而喻,而石油素有＂工业血液＂之称,其在国民经济中的地位更是重中之重。我国石油产业经过多年的改革与发展,特别是在中国石油天然气集团公司（以下简称中石油）、中国海洋石油有限公司（以下简称中海油）及中国石油化工集团公司（以下简称中石化）三家大型集团公司成立后,实力迅速壮大,业绩也有明显的提升。但在石油产业取得可喜成就的同时,高度的行业垄断、行政命令式的管理模式所带来的问题也日益突出。本文运用哈佛学派SCP理论对我国石油产业进行分析,并为石油产业的进一步改革提供相应的建议与对策。
