中国外商直接投资区位差异性与优化配置

进入21世纪以来，我国实际利用FDI规模呈现快速增长的态势，但在不同区域存在明显的数量和质量差异，这对区域经济协调发展产生了重要影响，特别是不利于发挥中西部的区位优势。文章重点分析了我国东、中、西部地区利用FDI规模的绝对差异、相对差异、质量和效率差异及省际差异，发现有多方面因素导致了这些差异的形成，包括集聚经济因素、政策因素、市场因素、成本因素、产业级差因素、人力资本因素和区位因素等，在此基础上提出了FDI优化配置的政策建议。

Location Differences and Optimal Allocation of FDI in China

Entering the new century, the actual FDI scale in China shows a rapid growth. However, there are significant quantitative and qualitative differences in different regions, bringing about a major impact on regional economic development. It is especially disadvantageous for the central west regions. This thesis analyzes the FDI scale of absolute differences, relative differences, the quality and efficiency differences and differences among provinces in east, central, and west regions. It is found that a number of factors lead to the formation of these differences, including the agglomeration economy factors, policy factors, the market factors, cost factors, industry differential factors, human capital factors and location factors etc. Then, this article puts forward policy recommendations for FDI optimal allocation.
