论价值观是企业的第一核心竞争力

通过对当前核心竞争力学说研究的分析与思考，提出企业价值观才是企业核心竞争力系统的第一要素。并分别从不同角度探求企业价值观与企业核心竞争力的内在规律，从而有力地证明了企业价值观是企业核心竞争力的领军力量，是持续地支撑企业竞争优势的最终能量源。在此基础上，本文还从价值观管理角度提出企业核心竞争力培育的对策思路，力求为中国企业的核心竞争力建设实践提出富有价值的参考建议。

About the Value Viewpoint is the First Core Competence of the Enterprise
