新升格本科院校双语教学实效研究

摘    要:新升格本科院校本科办学水平评估,双语教学是其重要指标之一。从国内外双语教学的实践来看,双语教学面临许多共同困难,如师资、学生水平、教材、教学管理等。新升格本科院校双语教学应结合实际采用职前培养与职后培训的方式解决师资缺乏问题;针对学生水平应采用不同层次要求,教材应与重点本科院校建立联谊机制达到信息共享;课程采取先建设后实施,教学管理应整体设计,确保双语的合适定位。

Abstract:Bilingual teaching is one of the key parts in the quota system for the education level evaluation to the newly upgraded undergraduate colleges. From the actual practice of bilingual teaching both in our country and abroad, bilingual teaching is faced with many common difficulties, such as the lack of qualified bilingual teachers, the various degrees of English pro- ficiency among students, the availability of newly updated bilingual text books and the teaching management. In order to solve these problems, these colleges might take practical measures, such as the preservice education and postservice training, to solve the problem of the lack of qualified bilingual teachers; various level requirements should be adopted so as to meet the different demand of various level students; interactive mechanism and friendship with key universities should be established in order to share information and get valuable bilingual textbooks; bilingual curriculum construction should be taken beforehand and the proper positioning of bilingual teaching in the whole curriculum must be ensured in the process of teaching management.
