| 摘 要： | 从2003年迄今的10年间,中国房地产业由当初的一个不起[的产业门类]变成为牵扯各方利益的核心产业,其兴旺与低迷,都直接影响到宏观经济和各方利益。概括起来,房地产业业已成为五大利益主体的聚焦点：地方财政的聚焦点、银行的聚焦点、房地产关联行业的聚焦点、房地产上下游产业的聚焦点、居民财富的聚焦点。各个利益主体都要理性地对待房地产的发展,引导整个房地产业走上健康发展的轨道。

| Abstract: | So far from 2003,the Chinese real estate industry has evolved into the core industry of China＇s economy which involves the interests of many parties,and its thriving or downturn,has a direct impact on the macroeconomy and the interests of all parties.To sum up,the real estate industry has become a focal point of the five major stakeholders： the local finance,the bank,the related industries,the upstream and downstream industries,and household wealth.These stakeholders should be rational to treat with the real estate development,and guide the entire real estate industry to embark on the track of healthy development. |
