摘    要:以“回扣”为主的导游薪金体制影响了旅游市场的正常秩序,损害导游的合法权益,致使导游服务质量下降,游客和导游之间关系难以协调,游客对旅游地形象评价降低,从而影响到旅游目的地客源的稳定和客源市场的开发。因此应改革导游薪金制度,加快旅游业的发展。

Abstract:Guide's salary system relying mainly on "commission" is a main problem existing in the guide management of tourism. The present guides salary system exerts great influence upon not only the normal economic order of the tourist market, harms the guide's legal right, causes the reduction of the guides service quality, but also influences the harmony relationship between tourist and guide, causes tourists to have a lower appraisal of the image of the tourist attraction. Which are bound to influence the stability of tourist source and development of the tourist market. So it is important to promote the guide's salary system reform in the present guide management, which concerns the tourism development of the travel destination.
