从环保角度看电动车新国标

2012年9月1日起，《机动车运行安全托术条件》开始实施，时速在20公里以上、50公里以下，重量超过40公斤的电动车，将被作为轻便摩托车纳入机动车管理范畴。这一新国标的实施将会对人们的日常生活产生重大影响，也将改变很多人骑电动车出行这一环保行为。本文分析并论证了新国标将导致电动自行车使用减少，高耗能摩托车、汽车使用增加，最终导致大气污染加剧、人们生活水平降低。

The implement of it will have a significant influence on people＇s daily lives and change a large number of citizens＇ environmental habit of going out by electric bicycle. The article analyzes and demonstrates that the new regulation will result in reduction of the usage of electric bicydes and more usage of energy--intensive motorcycles and cars. thus aggravating air pollution and reducing people＇s living standard.
