河北省土地开发整理问题和对策

河北省人多地少,开展土地开发整理可有效增加耕地数量,提高耕地质量,实现耕地总量动态平衡,因此开展土地开发整理是有效缓解人地矛盾,实现耕地可持续发展的重要途径。本文分析了河北省土地开发整理实践中存在的问题,并有针对性地提出合理化建议,旨在促进河北省乃至全国的土地开发整理事业。

The Problems of the Land Exploitation and Consolidation in Hebei Province

In Hebei Province,there are more and more people vs. less and less cultivated land. Through land exploitation and consolidation,the quantity and quality of the cultivated land can be increased,and its total dynamic balance can be realized. Therefore land exploitation and consolidation can ease the contradiction between people and land,which is important to sustainable development of land. The paper analyzes the problems in land exploitation and consolidation in Hebei Province,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the work in Hebei and China.
