摘 要: | 企业在进行目标评价时,往往只注重对目标完成情况(即绩效)的评价,而忽视对企业已完成目标的目的、过程、效益、作用和影响所进行的系统分析。目标后评价可有效实现企业目标的综合分析和总结,按照逻辑框架法(LFA)的原则和方法,可实现对目的、目标、产出和投入四个层次的评价,充分发挥评价的作用。

Logical Framework Approach Applied to Objective Evaluation |

Abstract: | When enterprises engage in objective evaluation, they always emphasize the evaluation of the results or performance and neglect a systematic analysis of the purpose, process, return and influence of the accomplished objectives. The objective evaluation can lead to a comprehensive analysis and sum-up of enterprises' objectives. According to the principles and methods of Logical Framework Approach, it can bring evaluation into full play in terms of purposes, objectives, products and investments, etc. |
