摘    要:加入WTO之后中国旅游业挑战和机遇并存。黑龙江省是旅游资源丰富地区,依托资源优势发展特色旅游经济是培育新的经济增长点和实现二次创业、富民强省目标的必然选择,应进一步开发特色旅游品牌,加快向现代企业制度转轨,坚持可持续发展战略。加强政府对旅游业的管理和调控,拓宽投融资渠道,提高旅游服务管理质量,突出文化内涵,加快制度创新,完备旅游法制,规范市场秩序,推动黑龙江特色旅游经济战略的实施。

Strategy of Tourism Economy with Heilongjiang Characteristic about Entering WTO
Abstract:After entering WTO, China' s tourism industry is facing the challenge and opportunity.Heilongjiang province, with enough resources, should develop its tourism economy with its own characteristic, and this has been its necessarily choice to form new developing point and realize the subject of strengthening province. Heilongjiang province should develop its tourism brand with its own characteristic, form the modem enterprise system, stick to the strategy of sustainable development, strengthen the government's management, broaden the investment way, improve the service quality, highlight the literature intension, speed up the system innovation, consummate the law system and strengthen the market order. By this way can we push the utilization of the strategy of the Heilongjiang tourism economy with its own characteristic.
