| 摘 要： | 中国经济区纵向同质性划分为东、中、西“三大部”，实施梯度推移的非均衡发展战略。在东部地区加快对外开放、全国经济发展取得巨大成就的同时，也带来了日益严重的地区差距问题。本文提出将现有经济区改为横向集聚性划分，构建以珠三角、长三角和环渤海三大城市群增长极为龙头和引擎，辐射带动广大中西部经济腹地的泛珠三角、泛长三角和大环渤海“三大块”新的区域，以“形成促进区域经济协调发展的机制”。实现统筹区域发展的目标。

| Abstract: | With the implementing of the gradiente-elapsing strategy for unbalanced development,the districts of China were divided into three homogenous regions in length: East,Midland and West.China achieved great success in economy but meanwhile it emerged increasing regional disparity.The thesis holds the idea that China should adjust the division to three functional regions in breadth.It is neccssary to construct three city group i.e.Pearl Triangle and Large Bo-sea Encirlement as dragon heads and motors to influence Midland and West area to set up the mechanism of promoting harmonious development of regional economy. |
