Sino - U. S. intellectual property rights disputes is one of the important issues in Sino - U. S. relations. In China, the legislation and enforcement on intellectual property rights protection system has progressed tremendously in the past 30 years, but still keeps some pace with advanced level. As Sino - US imbalance of trade, there are a lot of trade frictions between the two countries in this field. We have to face reality, and strive to narrow the gap so as to reduce trade frictions, and maintaining the stable development of Sino - US relations.
