| 摘 要： | 研究与开发(R&D)是企业经营活动中的重要一环。随着台商在大陆投资规模的扩大和技术的升级,研发中心也在逐渐增加。在跨国公司研发全球化的大背景下,本文从时间、空间和产业三个维度研究了大陆台资研发中心的分布状况,结合台商在大陆投资的特点,分析了台商研发中心与直接投资的相互关系,以期探索出台资研发中心与其他国家(地区)在华研发中心分布的一般规律和特殊性,从而为制定相关的外资政策提供依据。
