摘    要:湖南旅游业与湘菜产业融合具有提升旅游产品的质量、降低经营风险、提升产业的管理水平和更好地挖掘文化的现实意义。产业属性相同、产业目标一致、产业交叉存在、产业互动明显、产业灵魂同根和产业带动显著促使二者产业融合成为必然。当前,湖南旅游业与湘菜餐饮业产业融合出现了八大融入点,也存在市场需求尚未真正成熟、产业融合主体缺乏主动性和政府管制严格等障碍。

Abstract:For Hunan Province,it is really pragmatic to converge tourism with Xiang dishes,which will improve quality of local tourist products,cut back on management risks,enhance management of all sections in the industries and make better use of cultural values.That the two industries come in amalgamation becomes an inevitable result of serial movements: unifying industrial attributes,objectives and values;strengthening interaction between the both sides;seeking the common ground while putting aside the differences;and boosting industrial advancement.There is no need to say the convergence of tourism and catering industry of Xiang dishes in Hunan Province is still in immaturity,lacking initiative and scientifically severe controls of governments.
