| 摘 要： | 介绍了联邦德国的土地估价信息系统具备的功能和发展现状。设计了适合我国国情的、具有世界先进水平的估价信息系统LAIS(Land Appraisal Information System)。该系统包括数据调查、管理和评价、产品的生产和表达三个部分。最后对估价信息系统在中国的实现进行了可行性分析。

| Abstract: | Firstly, this paper introduces the function and the situation of a land appraisal information system in Germany. Based on this, a modern Land Appraisal Information System (LAIS) has been designed, which is more suitable for China and has reached the international standard. The LAIS includes three parts, which are data capture, management and evaluation, production and expression of products. In the end, a feasibility study of the LAIS in China has been done. |
