| 摘 要： | 采用1998—2008年我国各地区环境污染、经济发展等统计数据,对全国及四大区域的区域污染整体形态、区域污染治理效益差距、区域污染结构性特征进行定量对比分析。结果表明:区域间经济发展、工业发展水平差距在扩大,污染治理效益也存在差距;我国存在严重的结构性污染,单位面积经济产出越高,能源消耗越多的区域,单位面积环境负荷越重。

| Abstract: | Based on the regional pollution and regional economic statistic data of China during the 1998-2008 period,this paper makes a quantitative comparative study about the general situation,the prevention and the structural characteristics of regional pollution in eastern,central,western and northeast regions.The results show that: the gaps of regional economic and industrial development in the four regions are widening.A gap exists in regional pollution prevention.There is a serious structural pollution in China... |
