| 摘 要： | 住房问题是关系到国计民生的经济和社会问题，为低收入者提供住房是住房保障制度重要内容，也是我国构建和谐社会的必然要求。我国已经初步建立起了以经济适用房制度、廉租房制度、住房公积金制度为主要内容的住房保障制度。但在制度实施过程中还存在许多问题和缺陷。借鉴国外住房保障制度经验，中国住房保障相关制度安排包括：扩大筹资渠道、增加有效供给，加强审核监督，提高保障住房的供给效率，为和谐社会建设提供住房制度保障。

| Abstract: | The housing is an economic and social issue related to national economy and people's livelihood.Providing houses for income-low people is the important content of housing guarantee system,and it also is the inevitable requirement of harmonious social construction in China.China has established the primary housing guarantee system that includes affordable house,subsidiary rental houses,and housing accumulation fund.But there are many problems in the process of system implementation.Taking reference to the overseas housing guarantee system,China should expand the financial channel,increase effective supplies,strengthen the surveillance,and enhance the efficiency in supply in order to promote the harmonious society construction. |
