| 摘 要： | 企业参与国际经济分工具有不同的方式,目前我国企业具有对外直接投资的基本条件和现实需要。文章首先综述了发达国家和发展中国家的FDI理论,然后分析了国际经济分工模式和理论演进,比较了不同分工方式的风险和绩效,最后对我国企业对外直接投资进行了理论和实证研究。

| Abstract: | There are many different models for enterprises to take part in international labor division, but now Chinese enterprise has had the basic condition and necessary of FDI. Firstly, this paper overviews the FDI theory of developed and developing countries, and then analyses the evolution of the division models and theories, compares the ventures and performances. At last, it studies Chinese enterprises' FDI through theory and empirical methods. |
