| Abstract: | This article discusses the internal relevancy, principles and value-orientation of the real estate mortgage register. Firstly, it expatiates on the contents of principles of the real estate's publicity and the relationship between the real estate mortgage's register and its publicity; secondly, it analyses the theoretical foundation of the real estate mortgage's register, the significance and idiographic problems in practice. |
