| Abstract: | An explanation is given to the thought of developing quality control of oil enterprises innovatively, the construction of innovative QC teams based on the people-oriented, and the coordination of improving the total development of quality work. Then it is presented that the common responsibility and obligation for workers of quality control are to be good at guiding the quality control work in oil enterprises and realizing the rapid and good development of them by means of the scientific development view. |
