| 摘 要： | 本文从经济学角度在探讨了森林旅游资源特性的基础上,对森林旅游经营者在经营中和旅游者的消费过程中产生的负外部性进行了分析。为解决森林旅游负外部性问题,除了政府改善控制外,还可以采用对经营者征税费和改革游客的收费制度等措施。

| Abstract: | This paper explores the characters of forest tourism resources, and then analysis the negative externality produced from the tourism management and the consumption of visitors. Some countermeasures are suggested to reduce the negative externality, such as improve the dominance of government, levy tax or fee from managers and reform the entrance ticket system. |
