| 摘 要： | 农村民间金融是衍生于现行金融体制之外的一种金融资源.合理培植与配置农村金融资源是缩小城乡差距、促进社会和经济和谐发展的关键.发展小额农贷组织、设立村镇银行、建立农村资金回流机制是培植农村金融资源的有效途径.

| Abstract: | The rural folk finance is a financial resource derived from present financial system. Culturing and collocating rural financial resource reasonably is the key of lessening the gap between urban and rural area, advancing the social and economic harmonious development. Developing the organiza- tion of small agricultural credit, set up village bank and building fund inflow mechanism were the effeetive means to culture the rural financial resource. |
