| 摘 要： | 中小企业是我国经济的重要组成部分,但融资困难一直是制约我国中小企业发展的"瓶颈"。本文首先分析了我国中小企业融资的现状及融资困难的原因,接着从法律体系与制度、财政补贴、贷款优惠、税收优惠几个方面介绍了发达国家促进中小企业融资的成功经验。我国政府应借鉴发达国家的成功经验并结合我国的国情帮助中小企业摆脱融资困境,使之稳定发展。

| Abstract: | SMEs are an important component in china's economy, but difficulties in financing has always been the "bottleneck" in hindering the development of SMEs. Firstly , this paper analyzes the financing actuality and cause of Chinese SMEs, then the paper introduces successful experience in developed countries including legal system , facial subsidy, loan preference and tax preference. Chinese government should learn the advanced experience overseas and integrate it into our own experience to help SMEs get rid of financing difficulties and make them develop stably. |
