| 摘 要： | 企业购并是一项充满风险的企业活动,无论是开始筹措资本阶段,还是在购并运营阶段,及至购并后的管理阶段,都会受到外在条件的交互影响和内在因素的交互作用,并伴随着大量的不确定因素。这些不确定因素给企业购并带来了巨大风险。分析企业购并内外部风险才能采取有效规避对策。

| Abstract: | Enterprise acquisition is full of risks and is influenced by both interactive outside conditions and co- related inside elements. Uncertainties exist in the whole process, from financing at the very beginning, implementation in the middle stage and management after the acquisition. These uncertainties cause huge risks to enterprises.Based on the analysis on the outside and inside risks during the acquisition process, the essay discusses the related countermeasures to avoid these risks. |
