基于现代学徒制的高职人才顶岗实习培养模式

摘    要:针对目前高职院校学生顶岗实习专业不对口、教师实战技能尚有欠缺、考核缺乏过程评价等困境。基于现代学徒制,以校企合作为契机,由政企校行四方共同推动形成“能力遴选—能力培养—能力考核—能力应用”的顶岗实习能力培养四阶段,形成从“学生—学徒—准员工—正式员工”四位一体的人才培养模式,以达到学校、学生、企业、行业四方共赢的效果。

Abstract:In this paper,in light of the current difficulties encountered in the in-post practice training of higher vocational students such as mismatch between specialty and post,lack of practical skills on the part of the teachers,and lack of process assessment,and based on the modern apprenticeship system,we took the opportunity of school-enterprise cooperation to encourage the formation of the four-stage inpost competence training system which could be epitomized as"ability selection-ability training-ability assessment-ability application"through the joint effort of the government,enterprises,colleges and industry,so as to create the"student-apprentice-prospective employeeformal employee"four-in-one talent training model to achieve the all-win situation for the colleges,students,enterprises,and industry.
