“互联网+”时代下人力资源管理的转型研究——以A健身俱乐部为例

摘    要:对人力资源管理领域而言,“互联网+”时代正面临着传统与新兴的融合。因此,在全面了解人力资源管理新趋势的前提下,如何在新形势下基于互联网思维,迎合企业发展需要,改革传统管理模式,创新发展互联网背景下的人力资源管理显得尤为重要。研究开始介绍了相关概念,分析了“互联网+”时代对人力资源管理的影响,而后介绍了A健身俱乐部的人力资源管理现状及其问题,最后结合当今时代特点为其明确了转型目标、转型对策及保障措施,为企业更好地实现新时代下人力资源管理提供了参考。

Abstract:For the human resources management field,the“Internet+”era is facing a convergence of tradition and emerging.Therefore,under the premise of a comprehensive understanding of the new trend of human resources management,how to adapt to the needs of enterprises in the new situation based on Internet thinking,reform the traditional personnel management model,innovation and development of human resources management model in the context of the Internet is particularly important.This article begins to introduce the relevant conception,and analyzes the influence of"Internet+"Age on human resources management model.It also introduces the current situation and questions of human resources management in A health clubs,and finally proposes its clear transformation goals,transformation strategies and safety precautions to provide a reference for enterprises to better achieve human resources management in the new era.
