中国“民工荒”与经济结构调整——基于刘易斯—托达罗理论模型的综合解释

"民工荒"从表面来看是由于局部劳动力市场供求失衡导致的供不应求的短暂现象,但结合我国现阶段复杂的经济社会转型背景,"民工荒"产生和持续出现的缘由更多与我国现阶段的经济结构诸如人口结构、劳动力结构、产业结构、收入结构、城乡二元结构等的演变和调整相关。这正是经济发展结构性失衡的必然反映。今后,我们应从劳动力供给和需求两个方面着手进行调整,积极发掘现有"人口红利",横向调整区域经济结构,纵向实现产业的垂直升级,改革收入分配结构,提高全要素生产率的贡献份额,真正实现农村劳力转移和城乡一体化发展。
