| 摘 要： | 全球化和知识经济的发展带动了价值链的深度分解和分工深化,进而引发国际竞争格局变化,全球产业发展和竞争的环境正在发生改变。在不断演化的竞争格局中,中国产业转型升级也面临着新的路径。后危机时代,中国应加快自主创新,大力发展战略性新兴产业,进一步优化贸易结构,积极参与国际经济协调,为产业转型升级营造良好的外部环境。
