| 摘 要： | 研究主要国家(地区)对中国反倾销的特征并进行比较分析可以发现:在对中国反倾销问题上,发达国家(地区)法律法规规范,操作性强,较为审慎,但由于其对中国贸易量大,故对中国宏观和微观经济生活影响严重;发展中国家虽然反倾销历史短,但发展势头迅猛,应引起高度重视。就发达国家(地区)而言,中国应针对其反倾销关键领域建立预警机制,以减轻其对中国经济社会冲击;就发展中国家而言,中国政府和相关行业要制定有针对性的政策,支持企业积极应诉,实施企业走出去战略,增强与进口国市场的互补性,减少竞争性产品出口,最大限度地减少反倾销行为所带来的利益损失。
