| 摘 要： | 根据产业梯度转移规律,工业由中国沿海发达地区向内陆欠发达地区转移的趋势不可避免。但工业污染伴随着产业转移也开始从沿海地区向内陆转移,这必将对生态环境原本就相对脆弱的中、西部以及东北地区造成更为严重的环境破坏。实证分析发现,污染转移不仅与污染型行业的转移有关,同时还受到污染排放控制技术的影响,并且污染排放控制技术的提升是实现我国经济、社会与环境三者之间协调发展的关键因素。
