| 摘 要： | 新能源产业对世界经济和产业结构调整具有重要意义,发展新能源产业已经成为全球关注的焦点。美国、欧盟和日本等发达国家积极出台相关政策支持本国新能源产业发展,并取得成效。大力发展新能源产业,是中国解决能源环境问题、履行对国际社会承诺的重要突破之一。目前,发展新能源产业已经上升到国家战略层面,我国将坚持系统谋划、节能优先、循环利用、绿色低碳、安全持续的新能源发展路线,形成可持续的能源资源体系,以保障我国能源资源的有效供给和高效利用。
