SBA视角下美国的创业扶持体系分析及启示

在“大众创业,万众创新”的大背景下,政府正积极的采取一系列的创业政策来推动创新型企业和中小企业的发展。本文以美国为研究对象,从SBA视角来分析美国的创业扶持体系。首先,探究SBA是如何协助社会组织构建创业友好型文化。其次,SBA是通过怎样的方式来满足中小企业融资需求。最后,SBA在促进自主创新能力提升又做了什么。通过分析美国创业扶持体系,寻求我国目前创业扶持体系的缺陷并从以上三个方面给出建议。

The Analysis of American Business Support System from SBA's Perspective

Under the background of "Public entrepreneurship, innovation", the government is taking a series of positive policies to promote the development of innovative entrepreneurial enterprises and SME. In this paper, we put the US as the research object, and analysis American business support system from SBA's perspective. First of all, exploring how the SBA to build business-friendly culture, how to meet the financing needs of SME and how to promote independent innovation capability. Finally, seeking the defect of the Chinese business support system and make recommendations from the above three aspects.
