摘    要:随着人类环保意识的增强和绿色消费观念的兴起,绿色食品在世界市场上的需求呈现出增长态势,但是,目前我国市场上人工种植的生鲜绿色食品种类有限,数量也不能满足市场需求,现有种植品种的销售却明显受到阻滞。如何促使人工种植生鲜绿色食品根据消费者的需求进行生产种植和销售,充分满足市场需求、达到种植企业的经营目标,是目前生鲜绿色食品种植企业需要研究的重要内容。

Abstract:The demand for greenfood has been increasing as the thought of environmental protection and green-consuming of people appeares all over the world. But the lack of quantities and categories of fresh planted greenfood makes the demand not meet the need of the consumers ; and at the same time the limited products in the marketplace has not been sold out. Therefore, the most important thing for the farmers planting fresh greenfood is how to plant and sell their products to meet the need of the consumers and profit themselves.
