| 摘 要： | 文化遗产分为物质与非物质文化遗产,在旅游开发中扮演着重要角色,其中非物质文化遗产更加强调一个民族或群体的精神层面,但是当前的非物质文化遗产体系过于重视其文化生产的层次而忽略了观念层次。文章提出了精神文化遗产的概念,分析了其在旅游开发中的作用,并以安仁古镇为例分析了如何保护与利用精神文化遗产。

| Abstract: | Cultural heritages play a more and more important role in tourism development, which can be divided into tangible and intangible heritages. Although the intangible heritages emphasize a nationality or a group's spiritual aspects, but there is still a lack of ethos cultural heritage in its protection system.
