| 摘 要： | 针对虚拟企业的特点,采用非对称的进化复制动态博弈方法分析了企业知识水平、知识的可共享度、知识转化系数等因素对知识共享的影响,探讨了虚拟企业知识活动的内在作用机制,并提出虚拟企业在知识共享过程中应慎重选择知识共享伙伴,应注重构建先进的知识技术、提升跨文化软实力以及优化知识产权保护与分配机制。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of virtual enterprise,this paper uses the method of non-symmetry copy dynamic game to analyze the effects of knowledge level of member enterprise,the degree of kmowledge sharing and the coefficiant of kmowledge transforming on knowledge sharing.Then it discusses the internal mechanism of knowledge sharing in virtual enterprise.Finally,it proposes that virtual enterprise should select the knowledge-sharing partners carefully,and build advanced knowledge technology,and improve... |
