摘    要:从技术进步的角度考察了安徽省碳排放的相关问题,在分行业的层面上通过面板数据回归模型得出结论:安徽工业行业经济规模同其碳排放之间有着显著的正相关关系,而同其低碳生产率之间呈现负相关关系。同时研究发现行业的对外贸易与碳排放的关系不大,但是能源价格却与碳排放之间有着负相关关系。在R&D活动方面,多数的安徽省工业行业在CCR模型下得分较低,但在BCC模型下相对较优,这表明工业行业的R&D规模效率较为低下。

Abstract:It is found in earlier studies that the progress in technology could reduce pollutant emission.From the viewpoint of technological progress,this paper studies the related problems of CO2 emission in Anhui.The panel-data regression model for different industries indicates a significant positive correlation between CO2 emission and the scale of the industry,and a negative correlation between CO2 emission and low-carbon productivity.It is also found that there’s no significant correlation between CO2 emission and international trade in manufacturing sector in Anhui.What’s more,the positive correlation between CO2 emission and energy price is found as well.For the efficiency of R&D,most industrial sectors in samples show low efficiency under the DEA-CCR model,but high efficiency in DEA-BCC model,which indicates their efficiency of R&D scale is poor.Finally,some related suggestions are put forward.
