电子束固化技术研究进展

摘    要:电子束固化(EB)是以电子加速器产生的高能电子束为辐射源,诱导液体低聚物经过交联聚合而快速形成固体产物的过程。与传统固化方法相比,具有高效,低成本,环保等优点。对电子束固化的特点、反应机理以及应用前景进行了综述。

Abstract:Electron beam curing(EB) was a process in which high-energy electron beams produced by electron accelerators were taked as an emitter,and the emitter could induce the liquid polymer to forme solid product fast through cross-linking.Compared with the traditional curing methods,EB abtained some features such as high efficiency,low cost,and environmental protection.Characteristics,reaction mechanism,and application prospect of EB were summarized.
