法人控股型公司是民营上市公司成长中的绩优选择

民营经济对国民经济的贡献已超过了国有经济部门 ,民营上市公司则是民营经济发展中的优秀代表 ,民营上市公司的发展方向 ,对民营非上市公司结构优化有着极强的示范效应。本文以民营上市公司为例 ,通过因子分析法 ,计算出民营样本公司业绩综合得分 ,并在此基础上对样本公司绩效与股权结构进行相关关系和回归分析。实证结果表明 ,民营上市公司绩效与股权结构中法人股比重表现为正相关关系并且呈现正U型特征 ,法人控股型的股份公司是民营经济成长中的绩优选择

The Corporative Holding Model:A Better Select for Developing Private Economy of Private Listing Companies

The proportion of private economy is bigger than state economy. The development of listing private companies, who is the outstanding deputies of private economy, have an obvious effect on non-listing private economy. The thesis focuses on the relationship of the performance, and performance structure between the private company samples and the whole samples through calculating the performance score and the positive ratio by factor analysis. The result shows, the corporative holding model of private listing enterprises is a better select for developing private economy.
