| 摘 要： | 产业集群的形成与发展对地区经济产生重大影响，而产业集群核心竞争力的形成则是产业集群得以发展的重要基础。本文在对产业集群核心竞争力的内涵、特征及其发展机理进行分析的基础上，从发挥集群中商会或行业协会的作用、提高产业集群的产品质量、发展产业集群品牌、培育产业集群创新能力、营造集群文化等方面提出了培育我国产业集群核心竞争力的途径。

| Abstract: | The formation and development of industrial cluster has been taken a great effect to the of local economic developments.However,the formation of core competitive power is one of the main reasons.Based on the analysis of connotation,characters and development mechanism of industrial cluster core competitive power,the approach has been proposed to cultivate China's industrial cluster core competitive power by fully applying the functions of commercial associations,improving the product quality,developing its brand,cultivating innovative abilities and building cluster culture. |
