| 摘 要： | 在工程项目实施阶段，一些项目管理者只注重现场管理，而忽视工程成本和利润管理，背离了项目管理的成本核心。项目管理的成本目标是：合理使用人力、物力、财力，降低成本，增加收入，使项目取得最佳的经济效益。就此，文章阐述了园林工程成本控制的原则和有效途径。

| Abstract: | Departing from the core value of project management, some of the project managers, in the development of a project, only pay attention to field management and neglect the project cost and profits management. The cost control target of project management includes rational utilizing manpower and material and financial resources, reducing the cost, increasing income and maximizing the economical returns of the project. So, the article discusses the principles and ways of the cost control of garden projects. |
